Our Story

Our roots are as corporate and public events producers. After more than 20 years designing and producing award-winning events, we found that furnishing event spaces had become an increasingly important part of  designing successful events. Our clients wanted creative, branded environments and were done with hotel bar counters, linen-covered folding tables and stacking chairs.

With no supplier in our market with the styles and depth of inventory required to furnish events, we invested in contemporary event and hospitality furniture to meet our own needs. As we grew our inventory other producers and designers came to us for furniture for their events. We saw an opening for a dependable supplier in Western Canada with a broad inventory of high quality event furniture.

We got lucky. The 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and Whistler gave us the chance to launch Loungeworks with an extensive inventory of rental lounge and hospitality furniture that was fashion forward and met the needs of today’s event designers and producers. We’ve kept it simple. Great selection, high quality products, knowledgable, helpful staff and reliable service have enabled us to become the market leader in Western Canada.

We are continually honing our skills and growing our inventory. We have built a strong design team and refined the way we bring complex hospitality and event projects to life. Our alliances with CORT, Girari, Lounge22 and Transformit™ have all helped to make us the go-to supplier for anyone designing or producing events.

Today, from our locations in Vancouver and Winnipeg with our affiliates in Ontario and Quebec, we serve our clients’ event and VIP hosting needs nationally.
